About This Chapter

The Greater Milwaukee CPCU Society Chapter is a community of insurance professionals who promote excellence through ethical behavior and continuing education.  While many members hold or are pursuing The Institutes’ CPCU designation, it is not a requirement to join.

The CPCU Society is committed to providing resources, educational programs and Greater Milwaukee CPCU Society Chapter leadership opportunities that attract talent and enable individuals to expand their technical insurance skills and business capabilities in order to improve the overall performance of the insurance industry while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

The Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) designation, which is conferred by The Institutes, requires passing rigorous undergraduate- and graduate-level exams, meeting an experience requirement, and agreeing to be bound by a strict code of professional ethics.

Chapter Awards

The CPCU Society’s Circle of Excellence Recognition Program awards each chapter for its efforts to achieve benchmarks in chapter performance. The Program provides chapter leaders, and committee and task force chairmen, with structure and guidance to achieve strategic, chapter and member goals. Chapters earn Platinum, Gold or Silver recognition by achieving key initiatives of the Society's strategic plan.

The Greater Milwaukee CPCU Society chapter has received PLATINUM recognition in honor of its efforts.
